The company’s Internal Communication department, for example, is one of the areas that needs to deal with that every day; therefore, it went on to search for a partner to translate its materials. “We opened a bid among several translation providers, we conducted some tests and, finally, we chose to hire Netwire,” says the company’s Internal Communication specialist.

According to her, some factors were relevant to make this decision. Among them are the chosen company’s concern with the quality of the translations and the possibility to find different resources in a single place.

With that, all employees have access to the company’s information at the same time”, says the contracting company.

In addition, all translation requests and estimates are made through the Client’s Portal, offering greater organization. After all, with the tool made available by Netwire, it is possible to monitor each project’s evolution and check who requested it.

Another piece of news is that Netwire has helped the multinational company to create its own Glossary, that is, a personalized list of the most complex and recurring terms that are used on Oxiteno’s materials, with the purpose of assuring a terminological standardization among the projects.
