Aleksander F. Honma, Director of Netwire, attended the annual GALA 2016 conference in March of this year in New York. Joining the top translation agencies in the world, he had the opportunity to discuss topics related to trends and the state-of-the-art in the global translation market. For those who don’t know it, GALA (Globalization and Localization Association) is a leading global professional association in the language industry that supports companies by creating communities, promoting standards, knowledge sharing and technology development.
Then in June, Netwire’s Production Manager, Renata Moherdaui, attended the ABRATES VII International Translation and Interpreting Conference in Rio de Janeiro.
This event is geared toward the community of translators, covering topics related to the various fields of translation and interpreting, as well as professional translation work in the national and international context. Netwire attended the conference to honor the community of translators, and to recruit the best talents to collaborate with the agency’s projects.
